Conditions for exchange – return
1. The customer must inspect the product. and immediately refuse to receive the product If there is a problem with the delivery of the wrong product from the order, such as the wrong model, wrong color, incomplete number or damaged goods, etc.
2. The company is happy to exchange / return the product within 7 days from the date of payment. until the date of return and the product must be in 100% perfect condition
3. No exchange-return If the product has been used And the customer wants to change their mind, not because of a product problem.
We reserve the right not to accept returns for the following types of products.
1. Filtration products – Filters
2. Clearance product group, special price, promotional price
*Returns of products are subject to the conditions set by the company and cannot be exchanged/returned in case of change of mind in the group of products reserved above. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs if they wish to exchange-return the product.

Conditions for refund of goods and services
The company reserves the right to consider refunds for goods and services. By paying back according to the type of payment only when the company has received the product from the customer. This will process the return of the product by the following methods :
- Pay back to the customer’s bank account within 7-14 days after the company confirms the refund.
- Refund credit to the customer’s credit card within 14 days after the company confirms the refund and will be effective in the next billing cycle of the credit card.
- In the case of customers paying by debit card Customers will receive a refund within 45 business days.
